With December upon us and the holiday rush looming, we’d like to give you an excuse to tap the brakes and celebrate one day at a time.  Last month we introduced our vermouth bar at Mixed Company.  This month we’re expanding our cocktail program with the introduction of four new cocktails: Bittered Sling, Bamboo, Americano, and Adonis.  These cocktails feature quinine-laced vermouths, bitter citrus fortified wines, and the finest sherries from around the world.  Inspired by classic aperitif recipes, these cocktails are meant to be more than just appetite stimulants; they’re meant to stimulate good conversation amongst good company…Mixed Company!

First Thursday: Holiday Aperitifs and Pasta Tasting Menu

Please join us on Thursday December 7th for a stimulating introduction to our new cocktails and the ingredients that go in to them.  Benjamin Schwartz, Bar Manager and Cocktail Wizard from The Black Cat, will jump behind the Mixed Co bar at 7pm to present the drinks, as well as talk about the historical context from which they are inspired. 

Food and drink pairing $30.  Reservations are not required; full dinner and drink menu will be available.


Chef Trevor Rocco will follow the drinks with a preview of his new fresh pasta offerings: Saffron Tagliatelle, Dungeness crab, chili butter; Rye Papardelle, mushrooms, lemon, thyme, ricotta salata; Fazzoletti, pork shoulder ragu, pecorino; Potato gnocchi, duck confit, roasted cippolini, watercress, sage, saba, chicharron
